The olive harvest in Greece happens in late autumn. Your fresh-pressed oil ships to you shortly after — typically in December or January — so you get it at peak flavor and nutritional value. The digital Welcome Kit and Certificate of Adoption are emailed within minutes of purchase, with a link to download them as a PDF.

Can I give this as a last-minute gift?

Do I own the tree?

You are symbolically adopting the tree for one year. The land and the tree remain the property of the farmers, but your adoption helps support the sustainable care of the grove for that season — and you receive the bounty of the harvest.

Does the adoption renew automatically?

Adoptions are valid for one year. We’ll send a friendly reminder before the next harvest to see if you’d like to renew — you are never charged automatically without your permission.
